陈诚，副教授，工学/理学双博士，就职于西北大学电子信息学院（人工智能学院），电子科学与技术团队。第一博士学位毕业于西北大学，获无线地物理专业理学博士学位（2020-12）；第二博士学位毕业于比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学（VUB），获电子工程专业工学博士学位（2024-06）。欧洲微电子中心（IMEC）访问学者。长期从事“大面积、高质量CVD石墨烯薄膜制备”、“ZnO/石墨烯异质结紫外光电探测器”，“石墨烯基太赫兹电磁器件与测量系统”研究，以及“面向晶圆级石墨烯的新型质量检测表征技术”产业转化。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI检索期刊论文24篇，相关成果被ASC Sensors，IEEE JSTQE，IEEE TDMR，Ceramics International等国际知名学术期刊收录；合作发表SCI检索期刊论文10余篇；授权国家发明专利4项。
