孙艳梅,副教授,博导,三秦学者。课题组聚焦环境微生物与微生物分子生态学研究,重点探索微生物群落功能与特定生态环境的相互作用机制,以及环境中抗生素抗性基因的富集迁移规律。主要研究方包括:(1)乳酸菌资源开发与应用;(2)噬菌体资源开发与应用机制;(3)富硒微生物与植物互作机制。主持国家及省部级科研项目6项,获授权专利3项,发表SCI学术论文60余篇。
课题组每年招收博士研究生1-2名、硕士研究生5-7名
