Note:本发明首次确立了3,3'?二氨基联苯胺及其喹喔啉类似物在双乙酰检测方面的用途，并给出了采用柱前衍生?HPLC法检测酒类样品中双乙酰(2,3?丁二酮，C4H6O2)含量的方法。DAB及其喹喔啉类似物被用作衍生化试剂检测酒类样品中的双乙酰含量，反应在室温下5min即可进行完全，且不需要严格控制反应体系的pH值。与现有的柱前衍生?HPLC方法相比较，本发明具有衍生化反应条件温和，操作简便、快捷等优势。
