高文运博士,19927月在兰州大学化学系获硕士学位,19987月在中国科学院上海药物研究所获博士学位(导师:朱大元教授,方向:天然产物化学);其后在中国科学院上海有机化学研究所从事博士后研究(合作导师:林国强院士,方向:不对称有机合成)20009月赴德国Martin-Luther University生物中心从事萜类化合物的生物合成研究(合作导师:M. H. Zenk教授)2001年获洪堡基金支持继续从事相关研究;2003年底转入美国University of Utah化学系从事萜类化合物生物合成的链增长反应机理的研究(合作导师:C. Dale Poulter教授)20066月回国,现任西北大学生命科学学院二级教授、博士生导师。目前在SCI收录期刊上发表十余篇论文,主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目三项,主持在研一项

 

科研兴趣:

1、萜类化合物生物合成研究;

2、中草药有效成分的提取分离、结构鉴定及抗菌活性研究;

3、生物酶的功能及催化机制研究

1、 萜类化合物MEP生物合成途径中的中间体转化过程及亚合成途径的研究,国家自然科学基金,已结题

2、 1-脱氧-D-木酮糖 5-磷酸合酶催化1-脱氧-D-木酮糖 5-磷酸合成及磷酸丙糖异构化的作用机制研究,国家自然科学基金已结题

3、 1-脱氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸合酶作为硫胺素焦磷酸依赖酶的作用机理及其与乙酰乳酸合酶的比较,国家自然科学基金,已结题。
