1) 建立基于生物质谱分析的糖蛋白质组样品制备和质谱分析新方法;
2) 开发高精度糖蛋白质组学分析的软件系统,为破译糖质的生命密码提供关键技术支撑;
3) 将组学新技术应用于重大疾病特别是恶性肿瘤生物标志物和治疗靶点的发现研究,并开展重要糖蛋白的功能及发病机制研究。
