个人简介Personal Profile
孙士生,西北大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。国家海外高层次人才青年项目 和 陕西省百人计划青年项目获得者。
主要从事糖蛋白质组学方法学、肿瘤标记物发现和疾病致病机理研究(目前主要集中在恶性肿瘤和不育症)。主要研究方向:1) 糖蛋白质组学新技术、新软件;2) 新的肿瘤标志物发现; 3) 糖蛋白的功能和肿瘤发病机制;4) 重要糖蛋白的功能研究;5) 糖基化与男性不育。主要研究成果包括:① 建立了更加全面系统分析N-糖蛋白质组的NGAG方法及其他分析方法。② 开发了可实现位点特异性糖链精细结构解析的新方法和新软件-StrucGP,实现了糖蛋白质组的精细化、高通量和自动化解析; ③ 将糖蛋白质组学方法应用于各种疾病研究,从蛋白糖基化层面推动疾病检测、致病机理和分子分型等方面的研究。以第一或通讯作者在Nature Biotechnology, Nature Methods, Nature Communications, Theranostics, Analytical Chemistry 等杂志发表SCI论文 60 余篇; 申请中美专利 9 项,获批 8 项。
科研条件:1) 实验室拥有全套蛋白质组和糖蛋白质组学分析平台,其中包括OrbitrapFusion Lumos三合一 质谱仪,HPLC 1260 (Agilent)及相应的数据分析软件,如Proteome Discoverer,MaxQuant,Byonic, GPQuest,StrucGP 及其他自开发软件。 2) 具备分子生物学实验平台; 3) 与西安多家医院 和 计算机科研团队 建立了稳定合作。
