Jun-Hui Zheng is an associate professor and supervisor of master's candidates at the Institute of Modern Physics. His research mainly focuses on cold-atom physics and topological insulators. He studied as a bachelor student at the school of physics at Shandong University, as a master student in the institute of theoretical physics at Peking University, and as a doctoral student in the department of physics at National Tsinghua University. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Goethe University in Frankfurt and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. He joined the Institute of Modern Physics at Northwest University in October 2021 and teaches undergraduate courses on "Advanced Quantum Mechanics" and graduate courses on "Quantum Field Theory". He has published more than 20 papers in Nature Index journals such as Physical Review Letters, Physical Review A, Physical Review B, Physical Review D, Journal of High Energy Physics, The European Physical Journal C, etc.
