摘要:Highlights •A cervix chip was developed with hyaluronic acid (HA) to mimic cervix microenvironment. •Sperm crossing in and out of HA were directly visualized in real-time in cervix chip. •Cervix microenvironment functions as a filter to select sperm with high activity. •The cervix chip provides a platform for sperm selection in clinical infertility diagnosis.
