摘要:Based on the special features of traditional Chinese medicine, a "fluctuate whole", this paper proposes a new Pharmacokinetics method (DSCC) including dimensionality reduction in data, stationary analysis, Granger Casualty techniques and Co-integration principle. Then we study the casualty relationship between Jun-shi pair herbs and its potential internal effect materials. The study shows that: there are no significant relationships between x1 and unknown material x8; it is very significant that x8 causes x5 and it's false in inverse; x9 causes x1 very significantly and x1 also cause x9; there are no relationships between x5 and x9. The method can be used to study the casualty relationship between Jun-shi pair herbs and its potential internal effect materials, which is very important for traditional medicine mechanism.
