摘要：Aim To discuss the limiting character of S_n~(-1)' in the case of large samples in linearmodel. Meth ods The structure of S_n~(-1) is got by the method of projection analysis under its statistical surrounding. Re sults It is shown that main diagonal elements of S_n~(-1) is descending themselves when n, which makes the other elements of S_n~(-1) descending on the whole at the same time. Conclusion Compared with the corre sponding results of the others, the conclusion in this paper discussed the limiting character of 3_n~(-1) more deeply, which will lead to a more convenient appliance in the consistent theory of linear models.
