Note:本发明通过对传统中药黄芩提取物进行1-脱氧-D-木酮糖5-磷酸还原异构化酶(DXR)抑制活性检测，发现其乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物均具有较好的DXR酶抑制活性，对这两部分提取物进一步的分离纯化得到两个具有DXR抑制活性的单体化合物。光谱分析显示它们分别为5,7,2’,6’-四羟基二氢黄酮醇(I)和5,6,7–三羟基黄酮(II)，它们对DXR的抑制率分别为62.6%(1μg/μl)和73.6%(1.2μg/μl)，从而确立了中药黄芩(Radix?scutellariae)中黄酮类化合物作为1-脱氧-D-木酮糖5-磷酸还原异构化酶抑制剂的用途。
