Abstract:低密度脂蛋白受体（LDLR）家族部分成员可作为WNT/β-catenin信号通路的辅助性受体,在骨骼发育及骨稳态维持中起到重要作用。本文总结LDLR家族中4种低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白（LRP）对骨发育的影响,探讨LRP功能缺失引起的骨质疏松、骨硬化、关节炎、牙齿及肢端发育缺陷等疾病最新研究动态及治疗手段,以期为LRP相关骨骼疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考。
