本人研究方向为凝聚态理论和计算物理,研究兴趣主要包括:
(1)拓扑量子态及材料计算研究,如拓扑绝缘体,拓扑半金属等。
(2)新型低维量子材料的物性研究,如石墨烯,硅烯,过渡金属硫族化合物及二维磁性材料等。低维材料在纳米电子学,自旋电子学和能谷电子学等方面具有广泛的应用潜力。
(3)量子输运性质的研究,如反常霍尔效应,自旋霍尔效应,介观材料和拓扑材料在外场下的输运等。
研究方法主要为第一性原理计算(如VASP,Wien2k和Wannier90等)、能带对称性分析、紧束缚模型、低能有效模型、格林函数方法等各种理论和数值技术。
