Note:本发明公开了一种含有贻贝粘蛋白Mgfp?5基因的植物表达载体,其将贻贝粘蛋白Mgfp?5基因与植物表达载体pRI101?AN重组得到表达质粒pRI101?Mgfp,所构建的植物表达载体pRI101?Mgfp含有植物表达所需要的启动子和终止子,适合携带外源基因片段进入植物基因组。本发明以植物作为受体,不仅有着对翻译后的重组蛋白更高的糖基化和磷酸化等比较高级的真核蛋白合成途径,可以增加黏蛋白的粘附性能,而且在规模化生产、安全性和生产成本方面也有较大优势。
