Note:本发明公开了一种含有酿酒酵母gpd1基因的双元表达载体，所述载体的构建方法是通过将从酿酒酵母中提取的基因与博莱霉素基因Ble连接，并将连接产物连接在质粒pRI101?AN的多克隆位点上，构建得到pRI?Ble?GPD1。本发明不仅可以节省构建细胞壁缺陷型藻株的人力物力，而且可以对因为没有数据库而无法构建细胞壁缺陷型的其他微藻的转基因方法具有一定的启发，为将来高产油转基因微藻的研究提供了一些思路。
