南士敬，男，汉族，西安交通大学经济学博士，湖南大学资源与环境管理研究中心访问学者（合作导师为张跃军教授），西北大学青年学术英才支持计划入选者；现为西北大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师；研究方向为低碳经济与绿色发展、能源清洁转型对经济社会影响、数字经济和数量经济理论与方法等；在《Energy Economics》《Finance Research Letters》《Renewable Energy》《数量经济技术经济研究》《中国人口·资源与环境》《国际贸易问题》《当代经济科学》《资源科学》等中外文期刊发表论文30多篇，主持教育部人文社科、碳排放权交易省部共建协同创新中心项目、陕西省社科、陕西省社科联重大专项和西安市社科等课题多项，参与包含国家社科重大项目在内的国家级、省部级等课题10多项，获陕西省第十四次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖（排名第一）一次；《Energy Economics》《Finance Research Letters》《Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews》《Emerging Markets Finance and Trade》《Applied Economics》《Science of The Total Environment》《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》《Innovation and Green Development》《数量经济技术经济研究》《当代经济科学》《资源科学》《统计与信息论坛》等近三十家中外文杂志匿名审稿人。
