白杨，男，1977年6月出生，理学博士，西北大学光子学与光子技术研究所 教授，光学、光学工程专业硕士研究生导师，高等学校国内访问学者指导教师。现兼任省部共建西部能源光子技术国家重点实验室 主任助理、陕西省全固态激光及应用工程技术研究中心 副主任、陕西省光学学会 理事、陕西省发改委-陕西省综合评标评审专家、上市公司“高校特聘专家”。 主要从事全固态激光器及非线性频率变化、油气井激光射孔、激光清洗、金属表面激光强化等高功率激光器及其应用技术研究工作。先后承担国家级项目1项、省部级项目4项、厅级3项，以项目第二完成人（执行人）参与国家级项目3项、省部级项目2项；先后获得陕西省科学技术一等奖、二等奖各1项，陕...
