研究兴趣

      叶片是植物进行光合作用的主要场所,其颜色特征和组织结构与光合效率有密切关系。分离和鉴定改变叶色的关键因子,是研究光系统调控以及叶绿体发育与分化等分子机制的重要手段。利用图位克隆、全基因组测序、IP、叶绿体ChIP-seq与遗传分析等分子生物学与生物化学技术,探究拟南芥光系统发育过程的生化功能和分子调控网络,期望为农作物光合效率优化提供新的解决方案。
