王恒，西北大学副教授，陕西省三秦英才，北京师范大学博士（师从段青云教授）。主要从事水文气象学研究，包括陆面水文过程模拟、极端天气气候预测和秦岭水塔变化及其影响。主持国家/省部级项目5项。以第一作者在Geophysical Research Letters、Journal of Geophysical Research-Atmospheres、Environmental Modelling & Software等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
