陈诚，理学/工学双博士，副教授，硕士生导师。曾获得西北大学无线电物理专业理学及荷语布鲁塞尔自由大学（比利时，Vrije Universiteit Brussel, VUB）电子工程专业工学双博士学位。毕业后于2021年5月进入西北大学信息科学与技术学院电子系从事教学科研工作。主要从事HFCVD、LPCVD工艺的一元及二元过渡金属催化的高质量石墨烯薄膜材料的可控制备、石墨烯基超材料结构太赫兹波调制器及太赫兹波导器件的设计与制备研究。其它科研经历还包含CVD法制备碳纳米纤维（CNFs）工艺研究、石墨烯/ZnO复合薄膜及CNFs@ZnO复合纤维的紫外光致发光性能（PL）研究等。
