Abstract:New guidance for the selection of cadres has been put forward on the 19th Party Congress put forward. As an important part of the selection of cadres, inspection talk should have played a significant role in prevent promoting ill ones and creating a righteous atmosphere of the cadres’ selection and appointment. However, there is an information asymmetry relationship between the interviewee and the investigation team, which may induce reverse selection and moral risk. As a result, in a certain degree of failure comes, but the initial intention of selecting and appointing carders goes away. According to the related theories of information asymmetry, this paper prefers the following measurements, such as strengthening the signal transmission of the interviewees, promoting the investigation group to carry out the information screening, and implement the diversified incentives for the interviewees. If so, the situation of asymmetric information in the inspection interview would be alleviated, as well as so as the scientific level of cadres’ selection work improved and those cadres selected who not only have a firm political position but also loyalty and cleanliness.
