个人简介Personal Profile

理学博士,硕士研究生导师。主要致力于基于生物质谱的功能糖组学和糖蛋白质组学方法学以及在肿瘤中的应用研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、陕西省科协青年人才托举计划项目等科研项目。相关研究成果发表于Carbohydrate PolymersAnalytical Chemistry, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等高水平期刊,累计发表SCI论文22篇。获得惠永正糖科学奖优秀学业奖、加拿大糖组学会议优秀墙报奖、中国质谱学术大会优秀论文奖、陕西高校科学技术研究优秀成果奖特等奖(第七完成人)等多项学术奖励。参加国际碳水化合物研讨会、美国质谱年会(ASMS)、加拿大糖组学会议、全国糖科学与糖工程学术会议、中国蛋白质组学大会等国际国内学术会议并作报告。担任Journal of Proteome Research等期刊专业审稿人,陕西省细胞生物学会糖生物学委员会常务委员、蛋白质组组织(HUPO)志愿者等社会兼职。讲授本科生《物理化学》和《蛋白质组学》课程,指导本科生团队获得“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛陕西省银奖,指导研究生获得国家奖学金和西北大学一等奖学金,协助指导多名硕士/博士研究生和本科生毕业设计和论文。

(1) 国家自然科学基金,青年科学基金项目,含LacdiNAc糖肽组学新方法研究及在肝内胆管癌中的应用,2022.01-2024.12,主持。

(2) 陕西省科协青年人才托举计划项目,LacdiNAc型糖基化在肝内胆管癌细胞中的功能研究,2024.01-2025.12,主持。

(3) 中国博士后科学基金,特别资助站前项目,新生小鼠心脏发育过程中心肌细胞再生相关完整N-糖肽的定量组学分析,2019-2021,主持。

(4) 中国博士后科学基金,面上项目,肝癌上皮-间质转化相关完整N-糖肽的动态组学分析,2019-2021,主持。
