先进功能材料与光电器件研发

研究新型材料（钙钛矿、二维材料及异质结等）的物理特性并设计高性能光电器件，如探测器、调制器、能源器件等。强调基于特色光谱分析法优化器件性能，探索在生命健康、新能源等交叉领域的应用开发。
