李潇斐，中共党员，气象学博士，西北大学城市与环境学院副教授，硕士生导师，西北大学西北大学榆林碳中和学院首批专业硕士研究生导师，澳门城市大学数据科学学院硕士研究生导师，陕西省气象学会理事。2014年本科毕业于兰州大学大气科学专业，2019年博士毕业于北京大学气象学专业。主要从事强对流天气数值模拟、气溶胶与云相互作用、区域气候与高影响天气变化等研究。
