许鹏飞，男，教授，博士生导师。入选陕西省青年科技新星，陕西省高校科协人才托举计划资助。2014年获计算机应用技术专业博士学位，现任西北大学教授。2019年9月-2020年9月在澳大利亚Monash大学进行学术访问。主要研究方向：计算机视觉技术、深度学习。目前已在iScience（Cell子刊）、IEEE TPAMI、TIP、TIFS、IJCAI等计算机视觉领域的高水平期刊和学术会议上发表或录用论文53篇，其中在计算机视觉领域CCF确定的A类期刊或会议上发表论文8篇。申请发明专利19项，其中授权11项。主持国家级、省部级项目11项，包括：国家自然科学基金项目3项，陕西省自然科学基础研究计划-青年人才项目，中国博士后科学基金第59批面上资助等。获陕西省自然科学奖一等奖，陕西省高校科学技术奖一等奖，西安市科学技术奖三等奖，西北大学青年英才支持计划，ACM西安新星奖。2019-2020年度优秀教师。

Pengfei Xu, currently, is a professor of School of Information Science and Technology at Northwest University, Xi’an, China. He received the Ph.D. degree from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2014. His research interests include computer vision and pattern recognition. He has published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences, including iScience, IEEE TIP，IEEE TGRS, IJCAI, and etc. He has applied for 16 invention patents, of which 6 are authorized, and completed the translation of "Computer Vision: Models, Learning and Reasoning". He has lead 11 projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Basic Research Plan in Shaanxi Province of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and etc. He was awarded the Third Prize of Science and Technology Reward of Xi’an Government. In August 2017, his research on facial recognition and behavior analysis of Golden Monkey was interviewed by the Yellow River Connection.
