个人简介Personal Profile
雷蕾,西北大学副教授,博士生导师。2013 年毕业于北京大学,并于同年进入西北大学生命科学院,从事结肠癌的糖生物学研究。在职期间获得国家自然科学面上基金、青年基金;陕西省科技厅青年项目与面上项目;陕西省教育厅青年项目;西部资源生物与现代生物技术教育部重点实验室开放基金的支持。作为副主编由科学出版社出版“十二五国家重点图书出版规划教材”两部:《复杂疾病的遗传咨询》和《基因健康信息学》。

主要研究方向:
研究方向一:肿瘤糖生物学,通过基因组学与糖组学技术研究营养与结肠癌的关系。
研究方向二:通过研究结直肠癌发病的分子机制寻找遗传标志物,为结直肠癌的早期筛查,精准治疗和预后诊断奠定基础。
