Note:一种基于螺旋式激发的荧光分子断层成像系统和方法，在现有的均匀分布在一圈的点激发光源系统上，将激发方式改为螺旋式激发，使荧光探针受激发完全，获得的图像信噪比大大提高。把x射线断层成像系统与荧光成像系统相结合，用其获得的三维结构信息作为荧光重建的先验信息，并引导给对应结构赋予正确的光学参数，最后利用计算机将荧光重建结果匹配到三维结构上实现待成像物的多模态信息融合，提高了荧光重建的正确性。
