李潇斐，中共党员，气象学博士，西北大学城市与环境学院副教授，博士生导师，兼职澳门城市大学数据科学学院硕士研究生导师，中国气象学会第29届理事会人工影响天气专业委员会委员，陕西省气象学会理事，西安市气象学会副理事长。2010-2014年，本科就读于兰州大学大气科学（基地班）专业；2014-2019年，直博于北京大学物理学院大气与海洋科学系气象学专业，2018年赴美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学气象系访学。在西北大学主讲《气象与气候学》、《线性代数》等本科生及《数值分析与数值模拟》、《全球气候治理与合作》等研究生课程。主要从事冰雹与气溶胶相互作用、强对流天气数值模拟、区域气候与高影响天气变化等方面的研究。以第一或通讯作者身份在...
