王若晖，教授，博士生导师，油气资源光纤测井技术陕西省高校工程研究中心主任。2008年获西北大学理学学士学位；2011年至2013年在美国弗吉尼亚理工学院进行联合培养；2014年获西北大学光学专业理学博士学位；2018年至2020年在加拿大拉瓦尔大学从事博士后研究工作。主要从事光纤器件、光纤传感和光纤测井技术等方向的基础和工程应用研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金和陕西省自然科学基金面上项目等科研项目，并参与国家重大科研仪器研制项目和国家重点研发计划等多项国家级重大项目。研究成果获2018年陕西省高等学校科学技术一等奖。
